These are the Frequently Asked Questions. Please be sure to read them all as this will serve as your user’s manual while on this site.

Account

1. How do I register?
A: It’s simple. Click on the “Create new account” link found on the right side (sidebar) of the site, and you will be forwarded to the registration page. Fill out all the required boxes and submit it. You will be sent a confirmation email, check your email and confirm the link found on the email.

2. I cannot login! Why?
A: You can login in either two ways. The first method requires you to create new account (see Question #1), the other method requires you a Facebook account. If you already have a Facebook account, you may click on the Login using Facebook account button found on the right (sidebar) of the site. Otherwise, you may need to register and create an account. If you aren’t still able to login, you may have failed to confirm your registration. In this situation, open your email and confirm by clicking the confirmation link found on the email. You should also check if you have entered the correct username and password. If all else fail, don’t hesitate to contact our support using the contact form or the forum.

3. I’ve forgotten my password! What do I do?
A: If you provided the wrong username and password, you will be forwarded to the login page where you’ll find a “Lost your password” link. Click that one and follow the instructions.

4. My account was hacked! What do I do?
A: It is your responsibility to protect your account. However, you may contact our support via the contact page or the forum.

5. My account is gone! Why?
A: You may have breach our Terms of Service. You may register a new account, but we are sorry to say that once we delete an account, that account is gone for good.

Member Features

1. Why should I register?
A: Registration is optional, however, if you are a member, you will have access to all the features listed below:

-You can create 3 personal blogs.
-You can create a post on the site.
-You can create groups.
-You will have your own profile page.
-You can earn pts. (good for rewards later).
-You can add Friends.
-You can upload pictures.

Posting

1. What should I post?
A: You may only submit nursing or medical-related articles on the main page. You may post whatever you like on your blog providing that it does not violate our guidelines. You may also post on our forum but you should make sure that your post are relevant to the topic.

Blogs

1. What content are allowed?
A: Allowed contents include:

-Personal Blogs: It may contain your diary, your hobbies, things you wanted to share or talk about, your ideas and opinions, etc. This is anything related to you.

-Business Blogs: It may be about a business or businesses, providing it is legit.

-Schools or Educational: It may be about school or a school-related project. It may be something about education or something that teaches students. It may be a blog used to link teachers and students online.

-Non-profits: It contains foundations, charities, human rights groups, an awareness program, or a means to raise fund for a particular cause.

-Political: It’s all about politics and government.

-Military: Members of the military may blog to report what they see happening in various parts of the world and to stay in touch with their families.

-Medical: Doctors, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals and students may blog their medical knowledge or experiences.

-Private: These are personal blogs that are hidden from public. They can only be accessed by personal friends, family, relatives, or whoever the author wanted to grant access.

-Sports: It contains anything about sports.

-How-to, tips and reviews: There are lots of blogs that share tips and reviews about cooking, games, music, books, movies, and so on.

2. What contents are not allowed?
A: Contents that aren’t allowed includes:

-Scraper: Blogs that take content from other blogs and re-publish it without permission (this is sometimes called scraping).

-Spam or SEO: Blogs that are written for search engines instead of humans. These blogs are dedicated to trying to fool Google and other search engines into ranking them or the sites they link to highly.

-Fraud Business: These are blogs that contains illegal businesses including get-rich-quickly schemes, pyramid (ponzi) schemes, money laundering, etc.

-Warez: Blogs that promote pirated copies of ebooks, software packages, music, movies, games, etc.

-Automated: Blogs that are generated by computers, including randomly generated blogs, blogs that re-publish press releases, marketing material, search engine results, link dumps or any other mass-produced content.

3. My blog is gone! Why?
A: You may have breach our Terms of Service. Once deleted, your blog is beyond recovery.

4. How do I make a post?
A: Using the admin bar (the bar found on top of the screen), go to My Blogs->”Name of the blog ie. Nursing-Resource-> Newpost.

5. How do I create a blog?
A: Using the admin bar (the bar found on top of the screen), go to My Blogs->Create a Blog!

Site related

1. How do I upload a picture into my profile album?
A: Using the admin bar (the bar found on top of the screen), go to My Account->Album->Upload Picture

2. How do I create a group?
A: Go to Groups then click on Create a Group.

3. How do I add a Friend?
A: Click on their name. Then on their profile page, click the “add friend” button.
